Then we design and plan the Target operating model including Transformation levers and desired outcomes and milestones depending on your needs.
Once agreed upon we elaborate on identifying essential initiatives on both sides. This is the crucial part, where we merge what we have learned from the current situation with where we want to go and agree on who will do what, when and how to accomplish that shared vision.

Real transformation, that transforms what really matters
Many things can be successfully lifted and shifted to reduce cost or turnaround. We know how to do this, but we are also careful never to simply move something without taking a good look and fully understanding it. Far too many times, we have seen attempts to outsource something that doesn’t work right or doesn’t reflect the current focus. Our philosophy is simple – if something is not optimal right here and right now, it becomes even worse when we shift it 1000 miles (or 6000 for that matter).
